The MN Bookstore Guide to Black Friday and Small Business Saturday 2021The MN Bookstore Guide to Black Friday and Small Business Saturday 2021

Between pandemic safety precautions and major supply-chain issues, holiday shopping has looked a bit different these past couple of years. Many stores have been struggling, and now is a great time to support your local independent bookstore! Whether you want to shop in person or online, lots of Minnesota indies are offering sales and specials on Black Friday, November 26, and Small Business Saturday, November 27, 2021.

Below, you’ll find information on what all your favorite bookstores throughout the state are doing on Friday and Saturday as well as a few sales and specials that extend beyond this weekend. Also, as in past years, if you spend at least $15 in print books at an independent bookstore between Wednesday, November 24, and Tuesday, November 30, you can get a free audiobook through Libro.fm.

There is also the chance that a store could choose to close in-store browsing. The information listed here is correct to our knowledge at the time of publication, but be sure to double-check store hours and policies before visiting in person.
