Books by the Bag sale in Rockland, Oct. 22 and 23 –

ROCKLAND — “Come one, come all to the Friends of the Rockland Public Library Books by the Bag sale on October 22 and 23 at the Flanagan Community Center on Limerock Street in Rockland, just around the corner from the library,” said Friends, in a news release. “Bring your own bag and fill it up for just $10.”
The sale will run Friday, October 22, from 1:30 to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, October 23, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 
For Friends members, Early Bird shopping will be open Friday, from 1 to 1:30 p.m.; and Saturday, from 8:30 to 9 a.m. 
“The Friends have accumulated an amazing stock of books for the sale,” said the release.
Tables will be refreshed with new books each day plus there will be a selection of gently used toys for sale.
A curated “book-tique” will offer individually-priced rare and unusual books to shoppers.
Masks and social distancing are requested from all attendees.
